Carol J. Creel Of Counsel
Ms. Creel is a business and transactional attorney with extensive experience serving as the General Counsel of large publicly and privately held corporations. She represents business clients in compliance and functional areas focusing on sophisticated commercial work, SEC, corporate governance, employment, licensing, contracts, mergers and acquisitions, intellectual property and working closely with company managers to develop policies and promote training.
Ms. Creel has served in positions as the General Counsel of Metaldyne Performance Group, Inc., Metaldyne LLC, MSX International, Inc. and Neenah Enterprises, Inc. She began her career as the Associate Corporate Counsel of Masco Corporation upon completing a judicial clerkship in the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit.
